A mixture of goofball and serious.

There are many paths to healing ​and I believe in endless/ boundless possibilities for the ways people can feel like themselves again.

The bodywork, energy healing, intuitive coaching, breathwork, yoga, meditation classes, couples work, and somatic therapy I offer are deeply connected to my journey of seeking and self discovery.

I seek to understand my clients and how to welcome them fully. 

​

So often we have not been fully welcome, rarely do people find a safe place to land - to recall who they are now.

​

We walk around unaware of our wounded nervous systems sometimes twisted into knots from the storms of life. I love to help untangle those knots.

I strongly believe in the importance of pausing and developing a listening ear to hear the wisdom of your body.​

​

Separation is an illusion and you are never alone.

With over 11 years of experience I blend hands-on and hands-off techniques to help you land in your body and build real flexibility in your nervous system.

Most people come in for a massage and leave with clarity, relief, and an entirely new perspective on themselves and the possibilities ahead.
