There are many paths to healing ​and I believe in boundless possibilities for the ways people can begin to feel like themselves again.

I'm a coach, a kind listening ear, a body therapist, and fellow human healing and growing as I walk alongside others. 

​

Being a highly sensitive person I can sense beyond the words you speak. I use many healing modalities to listen and support my clients. One session may be very diferent than the next depending on what you are moving through and your willingness to dive deeper. ​

All genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and neurotypes are welcome and respected in my practice.

With over 11 years of experience I blend hands-on and hands-off techniques to help you sense what your body is trying to tell you. I love to make suggestions for overall wellness.

I have personal experience healing from panic attacks, depression, low energy, and addiction. I offer support in ways that only someone who has been there can. There are many times in life I felt hopeless and I aspire to guide folks back into the light because I know it's possible.

I am a massage therapist who receives massage, and a teacher who is forever a student. 

​

Most people come in for a massage and leave with clarity, relief, and an entirely new perspective on themselves and the possibilities ahead. Together we can create miracles.
