We go to an island in the middle of the Atlantic to remember peace within ourselves away from our regular day to day.
If you want to join all activities great, if you don't-great. 
You have choice of what feels right. 
I like to offer a sampler of meditations for people to experience safety and relaxation. 
The overarching goal-
feel free being yourself, enjoy good food, stare blankly into the ocean waves, see some whales, touch a volcanic cave, and return feeling refreshed.
