Throughout the workshop, you'll engage in a variety of relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote overall well-being. From guided mindfulness meditation to restorative yoga, each practice will reconnect you to yourself.

You will have dedicated journaling time, guided prompts to spark self-reflection and exploration. Dive deep into your thoughts, and aspirations as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and insight.

With a limited capacity of only 7 participants, this workshop ensures a supportive and nurturing environment.

Receive step by step guidance and choose your preferred seating - whether nestled on mats or in chairs.This class is designed to be gentle on the body as you pamper your partner.

Practice giving and receiving massage techniques with an organic shea butter blend and/or organic avocado oil. Join me for an uplifting time and affectionate bonding. 

 

Opt for comfortable attire that allows easy access to your arms. 

There may be occasional oil drips during the workshop, please dress accordingly!
